La facture vous sera adress\u00e9e avant la manifestation.<\/p>\n<p>Les frais de participation ne peuvent \u00eatre rembours\u00e9s, mais nous acceptons avec plaisir des personnes qui vous remplaceraient. Veuillez nous indiquer le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant le nom de la personne qui vous remplace.<\/p>\n<p>Promarca s'occupe de la r\u00e9servation des chambres d'h\u00f4tel. Les frais de l'h\u00e9bergement sont \u00e0 la charge des participants et seront \u00e0 r\u00e9gler sur place.
