Avant sa nomination \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Saint-Gall en f\u00e9vrier\u00a02011, il \u00e9tait professeur ordinaire de gestion du personnel et de formation continue \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9cole sup\u00e9rieure polytechnique de Rh\u00e9nanie-Westphalie (Rheinisch-Westf\u00e4lischen Technischen Hochschule, RWTH) \u00e0 Aix-la-Chapelle.<\/p>\n<p>Wolfgang Jenewein est charg\u00e9 de recherche et d\u2019enseignement, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans la gestion positive, la transformation de la culture des organisations et la direction d\u2019\u00e9quipes de haut niveau en \u00e9conomie et en sport.<\/p>\n<p>Il donne des cours \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Saint-Gall, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9cole de gestion Rotman (Universit\u00e9 de Toronto) et \u00e0 la RWTH d\u2019Aix-la-Chapelle. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9compens\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs reprises, notamment en mai\u00a02016 avec le Credit Suisse Award for Best Teaching de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Saint-Gall et en octobre\u00a02018 avec le Best Teacher Worldwide of the Academic Year 2018 Award du prestigieux programme international CEMS. Il a publi\u00e9 de nombreux livres et articles scientifiques dans des revues et magazines de premier rang.<\/p>\n<p>Wolfgang Jenewein conseille et coache les membres de comit\u00e9s de grands groupes internationaux et a collabor\u00e9, entre autres, avec l\u2019\u00e9quipe nationale allemande de football, l\u2019\u00e9quipe de voile Alinghi et plusieurs clubs de la ligue allemande de football. Au printemps\u00a02016, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 class\u00e9 parmi les cinq formateurs en leadership les plus influents d\u2019Allemagne par le magazine <em>Focus<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Il coache \u00e9galement des athl\u00e8tes de haut niveau issus de diff\u00e9rentes disciplines sportives et est lui-m\u00eame Crossfit Masters Athlete.
