Il est directeur acad\u00e9mique du Master en marketing et management de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Saint-Gall. Il effectue des recherches et conseille des entreprises dans la gestion des d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s aux strat\u00e9gies commerciales centr\u00e9es sur le client, aux processus de changement ax\u00e9s sur le march\u00e9 et \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de strat\u00e9gies gagnantes go\u00a0to\u00a0market et d\u2019exp\u00e9rience client. Il est \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sident du conseil de fondation de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 suisse pour le Marketing (GfM) et pr\u00e9sident du jury du Prix suisse du marketing de la GfM.
