Tom delivers User Experience (UX) research Insights to design teams across different industries, to deliver products and services with satisfying, engaging, and effective user experiences.  He combines his background in psychology with expertise in usability engineering and user interface design to inform insights on how UX can enhance Brand Experience (BX). Tom is a Chartered Human Factors specialist with 15 year’s experience and holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology, and a Master’s Degree in MSc Ergonomics with Human-Computer Interaction, from University College London.
